2. What data we process
The data you give us in the priority-list form: email (required), name and participation mode (optional), plus the language of the page you signed up from. To verify your sign-up we also record the confirmation date and time and your IP address.
3. Why, and on what legal basis
- Managing the MAR-001 priority list and letting you know when bookings open, mission updates and other OUTFRONT missions and products. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), confirmed through the double opt-in email we send you.
- Replying to your messages if you write to [email protected]. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in answering it.
We do not carry out automated profiling with legal effects and we do not sell your data.
4. How long
For as long as you stay on the list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or by writing to [email protected]. After that, we keep the minimum data proving your consent, blocked, for the legal limitation periods.
5. Who processes data on our behalf
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): list hosting and email delivery. Data stays in the EU.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, content delivery, security and forwarding of [email protected]. This may involve transfers to the US, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- Google Fonts (Google LLC): loading the site's typefaces, which shares your IP address with Google.
All act as processors under contracts compliant with art. 28 GDPR. We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to [email protected] with the subject "Data protection". If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.
7. Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie (e.g. __cf_bm, used to tell people from bots, lasting 30 minutes). It is exempt from consent (art. 22.2 LSSI-CE). You can block or delete it in your browser settings. If we ever add non-essential cookies, we will ask for your permission first.
